At Spaces we offer offices for companies of all sizes. Even if your company is limited to one, and when actually all you need is your own desk for your desktop computer and screen. We have the custom solution for you, something we like to call the dedicated desk. An office shared with others, with your own personal desk. It even comes with a cupboard, locker and those small little post-its we know you like. Of course, we are not forgetting internet and 24-hour access. Because we understand that some work should not be limited by business hours.

What is a coworking space?
A coworking space is a shared work environment. We have been seeing this concept pop up in many locations all over Indonesia especially in Jakarta. This concept provides individuals, startups or even established businesses the ability to grow and rent with ease. It can also provide great networking opportunities in a creative environment.

Our work stations provide a productive environment that are free from distractions. We also provide a conference room large enough to fit 12-15 people, which can be rented separately, depending on package. Learn more about our features and amenities here (redirect to features)

Where is it located?
We are located at Equity Tower Lt. 22 BCD, Sudirman Central Business District Lot 9, Senayan, Kota Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12190.
How does our membership plan work?
You have the options of renting from hourly, daily,monthly and yearly with discounts offered starting with semi-annual contracts. We offer open seating plans and private office plans. Some plans include more benefits like Meeting room that can be rented for 2-6 hours based on the membership type you select.
Non-members may also rent the conference room on an hourly basis.

When is the space open?
DreamHub is open 24/7 however, the onsite staff are available only on Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
Are the spaces secured?
Yes, we have high-tech camera surveillances that runs 24/7 and also a key card entrance. We also provide as an additional option, locking file cabinets. We do ask the following of our members :

  • Never leave doors propped open
  • Make sure all entry doors are locked when you enter and leave
  • Never let anyone in unless they are your guest
  • Never let your guests access the space without you with them

How do I book a meeting room?

Can I rent the event space?
Yes, and our members receive discounted rates. Please contact at or call us at +62-21-456-816  to book a tour and schedule the dates.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes, if you have book a meeting room colleague and non-members are allowed.If your guest would like to stay and use our shared work space they would need a guest pass that could be purchased onsite.
What payment methods do you offer?
Dreamhub offers various type of payment methods. For hourly and daily pass customers can pay onsite but for the other plans customer must pay through our online payment system.
